I remember watching this movie with my aunt as a young child and being freaked out. Special effects have come a long way since then and kids nowadays find this type of film hilarious rather than scary. As was the case with my 2 big kids when I rented the movie from Blo@#%ckbusters years ago for them to watch a "classic" Needless to say they laughed at me for being scared by such "comedy". Mimi decided her Halloween costume this year would be "Melanie" from The Birds. Hilarious! Taking these pictures in the rain is also something Alfred Hitchcock would find entertaining!

We went to a birthday party at a local bowling alley. Leah had never been bowling, we were so proud to see how she figured it all out rather quickly all by herself! She was actually more interested in dancing to the music that was playing. She did not stop dancing the entire time we were there. She even did the robot! My funny bunny!

Pumpkin Patch Day One

I took Leah for some photos today at the pumpkin patch. We were bored and it finally stopped raining briefly so we ran for the camera, the costume and went to find the perfect pumpkin. We also bought some of Joni's pumpkin bread. It was yummy.
